If an insured person is legally liable for an accident, bodily injury liability coverage pays for injuries to people involved in the accident other than the insured driver up to the limit of coverage which you have chosen. Bodily injury liability coverage also pays for legal defense costs if you are sued because of the accident.

This coverage will pay for the repairs to that property up to the limit of coverage which you have chosen. If you elect uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage and you have more than one vehicle, the coverage that you have on these vehicles will be added together to total the limit of the benefit available to you.
Medical expense benefit coverage applies regardless of who is at fault. This coverage is mandatory by Pennsylvania law with a required minimum of $5,000. You may purchase additional medical expense benefit coverage if you choose.
Income loss benefit coverage applies regardless of who is at fault. Income loss benefit coverage provides reimbursement for lost wages due to an auto accident.
Funeral expense benefit coverage applies regardless of who is at fault. Funeral expense benefit coverage provides money to pay for a funeral where the death is the result of an auto accident.
Accidental death benefit coverage applies regardless of who is at fault. Accidental death benefit coverage provides money when you or a covered family member dies in a car crash.
Collision coverage is an optional coverage which provides for repairs for damages to your vehicle when your insured vehicle overturns or collides with another object (e.g. other car, fence, lamppost, etc.). While this is an optional coverage, most auto lease and finance agreements require you to purchase this coverage to ensure the car will be repaired or replaced after a loss.
Comprehensive coverage is an optional coverage, which provides coverage for damage to your vehicle resulting from an event other than a collision. This includes damage from fire, flood, theft, vandalism, windstorm, hail, or impact with a bird or animal. Although this is an optional coverage, most auto lease and finance agreements require you to purchase this coverage to ensure the car will be repaired or replaced after a loss.
Loan/lease payoff coverage, sometimes called “gap” coverage, pays the difference between what you owe on your vehicle and what your insurance pays if your vehicle is declared a total loss or stolen and not recovered, less your comprehensive or collision deductible.
A device, either active or passive, that attempts to prevent vehicle theft. Active anti-theft devices can track and recover a vehicle and automatically contact a response center to begin the vehicle recovery process. Passive anti-theft devices attempt to prevent theft by using sophisticated electronic car alarms, simple steering wheel locks, etc.
